Reliable Hydraulic Pumps for Aero Industry

Our newly developed XT7B01 and XT7QCB2MN series utilize CFD simulation to optimize the flow channel structure, significantly reducing the risk of cavitation. This is especially effective for low-viscosity media such as aviation kerosene and ethylene glycol.

Flight Control System

The actuation of control surfaces such as flaps, ailerons, and elevators relies on stable hydraulic power. These pumps supply hydraulic oil at 10–20 MPa, enabling smooth flap switching during takeoff, cruise, and landing.

Landing Gear Retraction & Extension and Brake System

For landing gear retraction and extension, vane pumps drive hydraulic actuators to retract the landing gear into the fuselage after takeoff and deploy and lock it before landing. During brake control, vane pumps deliver high-pressure oil to the brake system upon landing, preventing tire bursts from over-braking or excessive taxiing distances from insufficient braking.

Our products also applied in aircraft fuel systems, where it is used for fuel delivery, especially in applications requiring precise flow control. It ensures stable fuel supply to meet the requirements of engines under different operating conditions.
