Energy Saving
It achieves remarkable energy and power savings during long-term pressure-holding operations, cutting power consumption by 30%–60% compared with standard hydraulic units.
When the hydraulic chuck and cylinder are in pressure-holding mode (non-operating state), the motor runs at a low speed of 450 rpm to minimize power consumption. When the hydraulic chuck and cylinder are activated, the motor automatically accelerates to 1450 rpm.
Space Saving
The oil tank capacity is only 30L , and the permanent magnet motor is half the size of an induction asynchronous motor. This reduces the overall installation space of the hydraulic station by 60% compared with standard hydraulic setups.
Low Oil Temperature & Low Noise
During operation, the oil temperature stays close to the ambient temperature. At low motor speeds, the entire hydraulic system operates with ultra-low noise.
